The privacy policy of SustainAgri
It is of pivotal importance to all organisations involved in this showcase that the users are treated with confidentiality when visiting the site. In order to meet this requirement the following privacy policy has been developed so that the responsibility and obligations of the showcase may be clarified. The private policy concerns all published pages on www.sustainagri.com and www.sustainagri.dk. Users of this website are entitled to absolute anonymity. Any information or data collected as a result of the user’s activities will therefore be treated according to this policy. This means that there will be no data registration, that may identify the single individual’s or organisation’s identity as a user. That is, unless the person or organisation is subscribing to a newsletter or some of the other available services on this showcase. No personal data or information will be sold to a third party.
However, in order to further develop and refine our services to both the users of the showcase and the member organisations, we do collect data on whom and how the site is used. This data is used on an aggregated level and for statistical purposes, which means that no single individual or organisation can be identified, but only groups of users. Any information collected will be stored safely at SustainAgri’s facilities. If you choose to terminate your subscription or your membership, or when information is no longer needed, all data will be deleted immediately.
Continuous policy updating must be expected due to the developing nature of the showcase and as a result of emerging societal issues. Any change will be published immediately on this page and take effect from the time it is announced.
